First, and this is VERY IMPORTANT! None of our latex products come with a warranty of any kind UNLESS YOU PURCHASE ONE! Why is this? Click here for more information.

Now, onto the good stuff. Our warranty is "no questions asked". When our latex products tear, they usually do so catastrophically (we are talking about a product under pressure, so when that pressure is suddenly released through a tear, a good word to use is "explode"). We won't ask for reasons or excuses -- these things just happen.

If you have a warranty that the unthinkable occurs and your product "explodes", just send us an email to customerservice@ragerubber.com to confirm that your warranty is not expired. We will give you an RMA number, which is identical to the Confirmation Number for the original purchase of the warranty. You pay for shipping -- and that is the only thing that you pay for.

Then we get it, give you an estimate for how long it will take, and then send it back to you at our expense. It's that easy.

We currently offer 1 and 2 year warranties. Note that the term of the warranty starts when we SHIP it, and you will receive a note in the box with the expiration date. If you get a repair under the warranty, your warranty keeps the old expire date. If this new one breaks, then we'll repair that one "no questions asked" until your warranty expires.

To get a warranty extension, contact customerservice@ragerubber.com for curring pricing. The terms of warranty extensions are indentical to the original warranty, and does not overlap the original warranty in any way.
